EveryonePlans runs the operations for organizations and the events they put on. Those organizations need accountants, caterers, venues, crew, insurance, legal and trades — and right now most of them find those people by asking around. We would rather send them to you.

A job comes to you with the date, the location, the headcount and the budget already attached, because it was created as a record rather than as a phone call. You are quoting, not interviewing.
It is demand you are not paying to reach
These are organizations already running their operations on the platform, and events already being planned on Utah’s Events. We are not selling you leads or charging per introduction — we would rather the work was good than that there was a lot of it.
You keep the relationship
A customer introduced to you is your customer. We do not sit between you afterwards, we do not hold the account, and there is nothing to renew to keep talking to somebody you have already met.
02HOW IT WORKS
Five steps, and none of them are a contract.
- Apply, and tell us what you do, where you cover, and what a good job looks like for you. That last part matters more than the first two.
- We check you are real and that the work would suit you — a short conversation, not a vetting programme.
- You are listed against the kinds of work you handle, with your own coverage and constraints.
- Matching requests reach you with the details attached. You quote, or you decline, and declining costs you nothing.
- The work is yours. We stay out of the way, and we will ask you afterwards whether the referral was any good.
Where the demand comes from is worth being specific about: utahsevents.com is the events side, and the business side is every organization running its operations on the platform. Both are real and both are ours, which is why we can describe them rather than promise them.
