Can residents see their own dues without seeing everyone else’s?
Yes. Permissions are granular and scoped, so a resident sees their own household’s account and the shared information the committee publishes, and nothing about their neighbours.
Can we book shared amenities?
Yes — the hall, pool or guest parking are items in the registry with booking switched on, so availability is real and double-booking is not possible.
