Forms and intake
Intake in EveryonePlans turns a public form on any website into a structured record — a contact, a lead, an enquiry with its fields intact — instead of an email somebody has to read and re-type.
01THE PROBLEM
Why this is worth having
The default website contact form sends an email. That email is unstructured, unassignable, unsearchable and easy to lose, so the first thing that happens to every new customer is that a person converts them into data by hand. It is also the step where response time is lost, and response time is most of what wins small jobs.
02HOW IT WORKS
The mechanism
- Submissions post to a public intake endpoint and arrive as records with their fields preserved, ready to be assigned and worked.
- It works from a site you already own — you do not have to move your website to get the benefit, and this is the fastest way to see what the platform does with ten minutes of work.
- Intake can trigger rules immediately: assign, acknowledge, set a follow-up, notify.
- The submission stays attached to the customer, so the thing they originally asked for is still readable six months later.

What it looks like.

REAL SCREEN CAPTURE, NOT GENERATED. Split: a public form on an ordinary website, and the structured record it produced, fields intact. Capture at 1600x900 with believable seeded data — real-looking names, dates within the next two weeks, non-round money amounts — and blur anything identifying a real customer.

Ten minutes on a site you did not build here
- Paste the form snippet into your existing site, wherever your contact form is today.
- A submission arrives as a lead with name, email and message as fields.
- A rule acknowledges it under your brand within seconds and assigns it to whoever is on duty.
- You keep your website exactly as it was, and the enquiry is now a record instead of an email.
