Referrals and rewards
EveryonePlans can track referrals — who introduced whom — and grant a reward when the introduction turns into something, with a human review step before any reward is issued.
01THE PROBLEM
Why this is worth having
Word of mouth is how most small organizations grow, and almost none of them can say who sent them their last ten customers. Referral schemes usually fail on the accounting: nobody can prove the introduction, so nobody trusts the payout.
02HOW IT WORKS
The mechanism
- A referral is recorded at the point of introduction, so the claim is evidenced rather than remembered.
- A reward is granted against a rule, not by somebody deciding case by case.
- A review gate holds grants for a person to approve before anything is issued, which is what makes an automated scheme safe to run.
- It works for member-get-member, partner introductions and staff referrals with the same machinery.

REAL SCREEN CAPTURE, NOT GENERATED. The referral list with attributions, and the review queue with one grant awaiting approval. Capture at 1600x900 with believable seeded data — real-looking names, dates within the next two weeks, non-round money amounts — and blur anything identifying a real customer.

A member brings a member
- A member shares their link; the person who signs up is attributed to them.
- The referral qualifies once the new member has actually paid.
- The reward is queued for review rather than issued immediately.
- Somebody approves it, and it is granted with a record of who approved it and why.
